Chad Cavelle is the Chief Executive Officer of Cavelle Energy Technologies and the company’s operational founder. With more than 25 years of frontline experience in drilling, completions, and intervention operations, Chad combines deep technical credibility with commercial leadership and a proven track record of rapid field mobilization. He has built enduring relationships with operators, contractors, and suppliers across major North American basins and has repeatedly converted pre-commercial commitments into revenue-generating contracts. Chad’s leadership philosophy centers on two priorities: operational readiness and capital discipline. Through an approach that concentrates cash compensation and maximizes reinvestment into deployment and product development, Chad ensures early-stage capital is directed to field operations and customer delivery. That discipline, paired with Cavelle’s supplier network and logistics playbook, enables two-week deployment capability for many standard mobilizations — a decisive commercial advantage in time-sensitive field programs. Chad is focused on scaling Cavelle’s global footprint while preserving the company’s commitment to safety, reliability, and fast time-to-value for operators.

Leon McIntosh is a veteran energy professional with over 30 years of international experience in drilling, completions, and well operations across oil & gas, lithium, and geothermal projects. From roughneck to VP of operations, he has led teams on the service side and as a company man across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, consistently delivering strong operational results. Known for his hands-on leadership and technical expertise, Leon brings deep industry knowledge and field-tested grit to every project he takes on.

Combining deep experience in energy-sector law, intellectual property protection, and AI/automation deployment, Garrison leads Cavelle’s IP strategy, regulatory compliance, and commercialization roadmap. He aligns legal strategy with product development and go-to-market execution so innovations are protected and monetized quickly without blocking operational momentum. Garrison’s core strengths are rapid IP capture and commercialization, pragmatic regulatory navigation, and applied AI for operational optimization. He works closely with engineering and product teams to translate design work into enforceable portfolios and to implement automation that reduces cycle time across product development and field operations. As an equity participant and hands-on operator, Garrison prioritizes capital efficiency: he structures legal and commercial programs that protect value while enabling fast deployments and repeatable commercial rollouts. Internally, he serves as a hands-on coach for the team — from training staff on compliance and contracting to building investor materials that clearly articulate defensibility and ROI. Externally, he’s the primary legal/commercial contact for strategic partners, investors, and licensing discussions.
